Coffee Worthy of a Breakfast Club.

A Coffee That Brings Us Together.

Shadow Panther is built on a Sumatra from the highlands of Simalungun, grown by the Karo Community Cooperative and processed using the iconic Giling Basah method. It’s a coffee known for its depth - rich, grounded, and full of character.

This dark roast isn’t just a drink-it’s the caffeine-fueled glue that holds your circle together. Cue the “We Are Family” soundtrack because every sip is a celebration of connections, from brunch buddies to late-night confidants.

Flavours That Unite.

In the cup, it leads with a smooth, full body, layered with subtle fruit and citrus, balanced by a gentle herbal earthiness. The finish is clean but lingers, with a soft, smoky edge that gives it just enough bite to keep things interesting. It’s the perfect partner for tinder dates, Pog tournaments, or rewatching The Goonies for the 100th time.

A Brew for Every Bond.

From D&D marathons with your crew to morning hangover parties, Shadow Panther is here to keep the vibe strong. This is the kind of coffee that doesn’t rush you. It’s steady, a little mysterious, and feels just as right in a quiet morning as it does late at night. Its rich, smooth taste is crafted to impress your pickiest coffee snob friend (we see you, Joffrey) while being a crowd-pleaser for everyone else. Strong, smooth, and always on the prowl.

Ready to Share the Moment?

Don’t let this dark roast stay in the shadows. Bring Shadow Panther to your next gathering and watch it steal the show faster than that rumour about Marilyn Manson spread through high school. Let’s brew this!

Really Cool Shit You Should Read About
  • Karo Community Cooperative - Simalungun, Sumatra

High in the volcanic highlands of North Sumatra, the Karo Community Cooperative brings together smallholder farmers who have been growing coffee for generations. Working under native shade trees and using traditional agroforestry methods, they farm in a way that protects the land while producing coffee with real depth and character.

What makes this coffee stand out is the process. Using the iconic Giling Basah method - a uniquely Indonesian wet-hulling technique - each batch develops the heavy body and complexity Sumatra is known for.

But this isn’t just about process - it’s about people. Through the cooperative, farmers share knowledge, resources, and responsibility, ensuring consistency, traceability, and fair opportunity across their communities.

This is coffee shaped by tradition, strengthened by collaboration, and rooted in the land it comes from.

And for us, it’s the backbone of Shadow Panther - steady, bold, and built to last.

  • We believe the best cup of coffee is the one you enjoy most. Everyone has their preferences - what’s delicious to one person might be just “meh” to another.

Based on what we love, we enjoy brewing these beans as French Press & Espresso. But we always recommend trying them with different methods to find what tastes best to you.
