Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. No international shipping—sorry, world, maybe someday!

Shipping Rates

• Free delivery within the city limits of Woodstock, ON.
• Free shipping on orders over $60.
• Flat rate of $10 for orders under $60.
  

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Pre-orders: If you select the pre-order option, your coffee ships the day after roasting.
• Delivery times: Vary by location and carrier but typically range from 1 to 5 days.

Local Pickup (Woodstock, ON)

Pickup is by arrangement only. Once your order is ready, we’ll send an email to the address used to place the order to coordinate a pickup time—check your spam folder if you don’t see it! Orders are placed in a side room only when pickup is expected. Since the room is not climate-controlled, we don’t recommend leaving beans there for long. We also don’t leave orders openly available to the public.
